    How it works

    From a sentence to a baseplate in three steps

    You stay in Studio. The website handles your account and prompts, and the plugin does the placing.

    1. Step 1

      Install the plugin

      Find Placecraft in the Creator Store and install it. It appears in the Plugins tab of Studio.

    2. Step 2

      Pair your Studio

      Sign in here, then type your 6-character code into the plugin. It stays paired until you disconnect.

    3. Step 3

      Describe and build

      Ask for a new map or a change to the last one. Parts land in Workspace › Placecraft.

    Edits, not rebuilds

    Ask to make the lighthouse taller or move the dock. Only the parts involved change.

    One undo step

    Each build is recorded as a single change in Studio's history, so Ctrl+Z removes it cleanly.

    Say "a 400-stud racetrack" or "a 64 × 64 plaza" and the layout follows those dimensions.

    Parts are anchored, named and grouped into one Model per build. Nothing gets scattered across Workspace.

    Questions creators ask

    Do I need to know Luau?

    No. You describe the map in words and the plugin places the Parts. If you do know Luau, you can copy the generated script for any build and adjust it.

    Which languages can I write prompts in?

    Any language you're comfortable with. The builder understands the description and replies in the language you used.

    Can I undo a build?

    Yes. Every build is one entry in Studio's undo history, so Ctrl+Z (or ⌘Z on Mac) removes all of its Parts at once.

    What counts as a build?

    Any prompt that places or changes Parts in your place. Asking questions, reading history and copying scripts don't count toward your limit.

    Is Placecraft made by Roblox?

    No. Placecraft is an independent tool that works with Roblox Studio through a standard plugin.
